Our client is a highly experienced team that have expertise, passion and drive! Headed up by a fantastic Principal and with a department reputation that is second to none, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to join a streamline team.
  
The Role:
Monday – Friday, working within an award winning team, we are looking for someone to manage a small, neat and tidy portfolio of approximately 150 properties. With the right support from a Junior Property Manager/Leasing Consultant and administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining relationships with landlords/owners
• Conducting repairs and maintenances
• Rental arrears management
• Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
• Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required
• Manage a Junior Property Managers for support
• NO accounts, NO Leasing and NO weekends

The Candidate:

• Previous Property Management experience is essential
• A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
