About the Opportunity:
Working with a dynamic team, you will enjoy a positive and energising workplace culture which values reward and recognition, innovation and promotes personal development. Provided with support and assistance from the Managing Director down, you’ll be developing commercial sales and leasing opportunities and building, developing and nurturing relationships with business owners in the market. You will liaise with corporate networks, generate and follow up enquiries, manage a database of contacts and market properties online, face to face and via email. Ensuring robust commercial sales and leasing strategies are used to underpin key outcomes, you will provide up to date sales appraisals, contracts of sale, sales authorities and market rent and sales reviews and further develop sales and leasing market share within the region. Managing and executing property marketing campaigns, including professional photography, website listings and signboards, you will communicate effectively with the wider commercial team and maintain extremely high levels of customer service and satisfaction. You’ll also source new tenants, negotiate leases, foster a network of future sales opportunities through first class service, ensure you remain up to date with relevant legislative frameworks and changes and take charge of your own professional development.

About You:
With a current Agents Representative Certificate and either commercial sales and leasing experience, or experience within the residential market and a genuine interest in transitioning over to commercial real estate, you want to take your career to new heights and understand the benefits of ‘going the extra mile’ in client service delivery. With a current driver’s license, you will ideally be well networked in Geelong and have an extremely high level of professional motivation. Disciplined, reliable, confident and well presented you’ll also have excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills (both written and verbal), an ability to act as a trusted advisor and can maintain strong client relationships.
