About the Opportunity:
Handling exclusive portfolios and listings on behalf of a broad client base, this role is the perfect opportunity to develop your skills and experience as an independent sales agent. In joining such a successful brand known for outstanding results, you'll share Gartland’s commitment to providing clients with an exceptionally high level of customer service and will be responsible for generating listings and sales. You'll be responsible for managing and updating a database of clients and homes and required to build local relationships and prospect for new business. You'll complete market appraisals, conduct buyer inspections, organise marketing and manage sales/ auction processes from start to finish. You'll also liaise with internal support staff, deliver marketing and administration collateral and attend to vendor and purchaser inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
About You:
A reliable, focused and committed individual, you'll have a current Agents Representative Certificate and at least 12 months' experience in the real estate industry. Immaculately presented, with strong attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a past paced, continually evolving environment, you'll be dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis, and as such you’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Saturday work is required and the role also calls for evening work to attend open house inspections and meet with prospective clients on occasion. With a genuine desire to succeed in the real estate industry, you'll also be organised, thorough, highly motivated and have a professional manner. Knowledge on current local residential market trends would be advantageous.
