Client:

My client is a well-established Real Estate firm located in the trendy Inner West. Working in their Commercial arm of the firm, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role working with Full Function Accounts and experience with Trust Accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Daily bank reconciliations
• Carry out mid-month and end of month remittance to landlords
• Sales Trust Accounting
• Property Management Accounting
• BAS, PAYG
• Payroll – Inc. Superannuation
• Accounts payable / receivable
• Liaising with the company accountants
• External contact with creditors and debtors
• Preparing commission statements

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Proven Trust Accounting experience within a Real Estate agency
• Microsoft office skills
• Be highly organized with a strong ability to priorities and meet deadlines
• Proven experience with MYOB, REST, File Smart, My Desk Top (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work autonomously as well as build strong team relationships
