This National established financial services company offers turnkey solutions designed to assist investors/clients in their goal to build a property portfolio. Investors that have already been qualified, these investors are NOT your typical enquiry.  They are all highly qualified and ready to buy appointments.
 
With this in mind, this clients highly developed marketing leads and qualification system is designed to allow you to focus on providing a value added service to clients/investors and ensures the most efficient and productive use of your time.

Our clients are highly qualified and the properties are only the best available in the marketplace and we are looking for the successful candidate to bring the two together.

What You'll Do:

• Your role will be working along-side Qualified Team Of Experts that have a strong history of success. No you will NOT need to source your own clients.
• You will be in charge of the investment discovery process for all the clients that the team qualify ready and able
• You will be responsible for presenting clients with services and products specifically designed to assist them on their financial journey
• With a Head of Credit, Operations Manager and Data Entry team in place this role is exclusively, a front line role which enables you to close more deals. Typically 3 to 5+ a month!
• You must be willing to travel to the appointments that are made on your behalf within the Sydney and Melbourne area

What They Provide:  

• 10+ Highly Qualified & Ready to buy investor appointments per week generated by owning our own Marketing Company.  None of the clients have been cold called and all are direct property high value prospects.
• A generous Base Rate with commissions payable at UNCONDITONAL stage of the Sales process.  This role is a $200,000 - $300,000 + Position, this company believes they are one of the highest paying companies currently in this space.  
• Immediate integration into a proven model with online training and support with a dedicated area manager to assist in getting you up and productive.
• All In Home Material, Research & Property kits
• Fully Licensed Accredited Business Model.  Your success is our success

Ideally You Will Have:

• Ideally you will hold a Cert 4 or Diploma as a minimum standard and demonstrate a track history of success in this industry.
• Our client also welcomes commercial lenders, automotive finance brokers, real estate agents, financial planners and property specialist and or strong sales or finance people looking to move into the lucrative property consulting profession!
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiating skills
• The ability to deliver
