• Lovely 2 bedroom unit with river & city views provided on top of salary

This premium residential complex requires an experienced couple to take control of the property and building management of 2 residential apartment towers. The complex is approximately 18 months old and has excellent facilities including sky deck, swimming pool, gym and recreational areas. The complex itself comprises 277 units in total across 2 towers and has river and city views.

The Role:

• Manage a portfolio of 150 modern apartments 
• This is a live-in role where a 2 bedroom apartment will be provided (in addition to a generous salary package) 
• Incentives will be paid for new management agreements the managers solely obtain for the letting pool
• The managers will take over the complete day to day running of the complex, with some assistance from the Owners with Trust Accounting.
• 4 Weeks annual leave provided and sick days covered by the Owners
• An Assistant Property Manager provided for help Monday to Friday
• REI Software is used
• Building Manager duties include Body Corporate matters, compliance, maintenance, supervision of contractors and caretaking of the facilities
• Office hours are 8am-4pm Monday to Friday and half day Saturday
• Cleaners are Employed on a 7 day roster

The ideal Candidates:

• Must have QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration/Residential Letting License
• Must have experience in Onsite Property and Building Management
