The Role...
You will be working to provide the highest level of service to your clients and tenants. You will be the point of contact for tenants queries. You will be working in a busy environment managing a portfolio of 250 properties located in Marrickville and surrounding suburbs. Business development will not be required for this role.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Completing leases
- Managing Open for inspections
- Property inspections
- Managing notices to vacate
- Background checking tenancy applications
- Dealing directly with clients
You will be required to work Saturdays till 1pm and this time will be offered as time in lieu to use at your convenience.
