We have an exciting opportunity available for someone wanting to kick start their career with a forward thinking, established and high achieving business that provides high end property, investment and finance advice to clients. As a Property Strategist you will work closely with senior members of the team in order to help develop and implement strategic property plans through the analysis of property and location data, financial modelling and cash flow analysis. You will be provided with ongoing training and development in the role, as well as the opportunity to liaise directly with clients throughout the process.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified with the following attributes/capabilities:
- Strong attention to detail
- Client focused and solution orientated
- Able to work to deadlines
- Above average numerical skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Eager to learn and highly motivated
- Experience with property related software will be advantageous
