We are a fast paced, Award Winning Boutique Real Estate office that specialises in leasing and selling inner city luxury properties. We are located in East Perth, with a highly successful sales and management team who have substantial experience in the Real Estate industry managing multi millions of dollars’ worth of real estate each year.
The directors are seeking to appoint a dedicated & experienced Leasing Manager to join the expanding property management team to lead the company to the next level.
To be considered for this role, you will be a highly capable and driven individual with at least 12 months experience in a property management or leasing role. You will hold a current Registration certificate and be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of the residential Real Estate industry, legislations and practices within Western Australia. As an experienced Leasing Manager, you will be proficient in developing and implementing strategic plans, have excellent time management and organisational skills, be proficient in using REST or similar software and exhibit passion and enthusiasm for your role.
As an effective communicator you will have proven negotiation skills and effectively lease and assist the property management department with a growing portfolio of luxury strata properties.
To be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated self-starter, be pro-active and be result oriented. Whilst you will act with a high level of autonomy, you will report and take direction from the Department Manager and Company Directors. Your highly refined interpersonal and negotiation skill sets will ensure you deal effectively with all internal and external stakeholders and maintain the exceptional standards that have been set for both landlord and tenants.

In this role you would be responsible for:
- Organising and conducting home viewings on properties available for lease within the Portfolio
- Marketing of New business and existing properties
- Relationship management with Corporate clientele
- Complete Processing of Tenancy Applications with presentation to Owners
- Preparation of all ingoing Tenancy Documentation
- Liaison with Property Managers
Your required skills would be:
- Minimum 12 months experience in the Real Estate industry
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Knowledge of REST & FileSmart preferred but not essential
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Ability to work in a Team
- Exceptional communication skills
- High Standard of Personal Presentation
- Availability for weekend work on a roster system
