Established over 25 years and located conveniently in the city fringe at 231 Greenhill Road Dulwich, Adcorp Property Group enjoys great success and is still growing.
The position
This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced residential property manager who wants to be responsible for all aspects of managing their own portfolio (excluding Trust Accounting ) and who wants to work in a positive environment. Attention to detail, ability to work in a busy environment and work place stability are all important qualities we are looking for. The portfolio is across the general metropolitan area. Experience as a residential property manager is essential. The ideal candidate will also have some experience in commercial property management and/or commercial leasing.
Duties include:
- Advertising and opens
- Tenant selection
- Preparing leases and lease renewals
- Carrying out all inspections & providing reports
- Arranging all maintenance
- Attending Residential Tenancy Tribunal hearings
- Bonds, arrears, filing and other administration requirements
- Conducting appraisals and pursuing new business opportunities
- Providing outstanding property management service to our clients
Experience and skills required
- Only applicants with experience in property management will be considered.
- Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Good communication skills
- Competent computer skills
- Familiar with software such as REST
- Time management skills
- Current South Australian drivers' licence
