Description
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Coordinator role will consist of the day to day management and coordination of job processing and sub-contractors. An ambitious, task orientated person with great problem solving skills is required to get on board a busy service delivery business.
Other duties include:
- Coordinate maintenance tasks
- Administration tasks
- Customer service and initial liaison point for contractors and internal stakeholders
- Quote and invoice processing
- WH&S and compliance
- Ad-hoc duties
Profile
- 1+ Year experience in a similar role or within the industry
- Confidently be able to understand and proactively fix an issue, presenting findings to your manager
- Effective verbal and written communication, engagement and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
