Kevin Green Real Estate is seeking the services of a Part time Strata Manager to manage a portfolio of 40 complexes.
Hours will be 9.00am – 2.30pm Monday to Thursday.
This exciting opportunity exists for a qualified individual to join the team of one of Mandurah’s leading Real Estate offices.
Essential skills include previous Strata Management or Property Management experience with knowledge of Strata Master or Rest programmes beneficial.
The qualified candidate should be well presented with good literacy and computer skills, be self-motivated, energetic and enjoy working in a team environment.
