Senior Property Manager

The Role: 

This role is predominately a Monday - Friday role. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to work with a tight knit team with a leasing consultant for support. You have the freedom to allocate your Leasing Consultant tasks and responsibilities and teach them the skills for success. You will be the face and voice responding to east to manage landlords and tenants:

• Manage a neat, tidy portfolio of 200 properties
• Lease with both landlords and tenants
• Complete repairs & Maintenance management 
• Arrears control  
• Conduct rental reviews & Lease renewals 
• Marketing of Properties 
• Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews

Do you have what it takes? 

• Current Certificate of Registration 
• 2 + years experience in Property Management 
• Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and strong leadership qualities 
• Strong Communication both verbal and written 
• Own car and drivers licence
