We are looking for a capable, high-energy Workplace Lead to work onsite at our client BHP. As the go-to person on the ground, you will lead our team to ensure all day to day operations are handled efficiently and delivered to the highest standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and deliver workplace services encompassing facility management and workplace services
- Ensure operational standards and processes are implemented and delivered
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Lead your team to provide an exceptional customer service experience across all workplace activities
- Proactively manage Adelaide FM budget
- Develop new processes and systems and implement continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You will have a demonstrated history of leading high performing teams, you will confidently manage and influence positive business relationships with clients and have a capacity to respond to a changing work environment proactively.
With a move to a new state of the art premises in 2019, you will be excited by the opportunity to be involved in project deliverables. It is desirable that you have had previous experience with relocating an office including leading site readiness and post-relocation support teams.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of facility management, soft/hard services and project management
- Experience working in activity based working environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
