• Excellent systems and procedures in place 
• Long-standing team with supportive management 

  
About the Role

• Work closely with a Senior PM to manage a clean portfolio of properties 
• Assist with Routine Inspections, Final Inspections and PCR's
• Attend to maintenance and liaise with contractors 
• Open properties available for lease 

  
The Ideal Candidate

• Prior experience in an Assistant PM role minimum 6 - 12 months experience
• Current Property Management Registration 
• Valid Drivers' License 
• Solid work ethic and has a pro-active approach to the job at hand
