About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptionally experienced Strata Manager to transition into the role of Branch Manager working within one of Australia’s leading property companies managing a team of up to 15 people to ensure that the goals and key objectives of the company are met and exceeded wherever possible.
  
Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that all KPI's and targets are being met
• Employee management.
• Mentoring for all employees, offering guidance and support wherever required.
• Attending meetings & providing advice as required.
• Interpreting legislation with confidence.
• Involvement in the hiring and training of new staff.
• Day to day management of a small portfolio
• Develop and maintain the culture of the business.

The successful applicant will have:

• Strong and demonstrated experience working as a Strata Manager.
• Previous experience managing a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• The ability to multi task & prioritise your work load
• Strong leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team
