What this opportunity involves:
JLL currently has brand new opportunity in a newly created role of Community manager in our Prymont Office! You’ll be the custodian of the workplace experience for staff, clients and business partners, providing the highest level of care and ownership of the front of house experience. 

You’ll be responsible for assisting new and visiting staff, support the facilities management team in providing a great workplace experience, and provide the necessary support for business related events and community based initiatives! 

Snapshot of the role:

  • Get to know our staff, interests, understand the teams and what will make a difference in their day to day experience
  • Take ownership of all client facing areas including the reception, waiting area, boardroom and pantry areas and deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Support our Facilities Management team in responding to internal workplace issues including at workstations, meeting rooms, communal areas, etc.
  • Provide the coordination and support to business related and community based events held onsite.
  • Take ownership for locker management including the assignment, moves and changes and troubleshooting
