AUMR Property Group is looking for an experienced Onsite Property Manager to take on a residential portfolio of properties in high-end complexes throughout West End. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing portfolios of 100+
Key Responsibilities:
- Entry & Exit Reports
- Routine Inspections
- Dealing with maintenance requests and arranging repairs.
- Liaising with landlord and tenants.
- Receipting and banking.
- Open and private home inspections.
- Processing new tenant applications.
- Preparing and signing new tenancy agreements.
- Maintaining Lease Renewals.
Role Requirements:
- Current Real Estate Licence.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Professional communication skills.
- Immaculate attention to detail.
