The Candidate

We are looking for someone, who has a passion for property and property investing.  The individual we are seeking is someone with qualifications as a Real Estate Sales Representative, who enjoys helping others and who takes great pride in the work they do.

The successful candidate will be someone with exceptional people skills and customer service orientation. 

Ideally, you will come from a real estate background and will have experience in the Banking/Finance/Mortgage/Accounting/Commerce or Property/Real Estate sector. 

The Role

The successful applicant will be joining this highly successful team of experts and add depth of knowledge and experience to the team.  Once inducted, yet with initial guidance, you will be taking on and meeting clients for their initial consultations and prospect to them to work with our experienced buyers agent. 

You will have support resources within the Buyers Agency Division as well as across the Empower Wealth Group.  All tasks will be performed following our strong business systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Action all initial inquiries regarding our Buyers Agents services
  • Client Fact Finds - review and chase
  • Product Knowledge - auction results
  • Conduct all Initial Appointments for Buyers Agents related enquiries
  • Engage Clients to our Buyers Agents Services and other Empower Wealth Services
  • Process Initial Consult forms and Engagement paperwork using our CRM system
  • Prospecting to potential clients
  • Liaise with our Property Wealth Planning team to contact customers with a Property Portfolio Plan
  • Stay on top of upcoming purchases for Property Portfolio Plan customers
  • Manage the allocation of new clients to the different Buyers Agents
  • Prepare Handover Checklist to Buyers Agent
  • Arrange the Set To Buy meeting between the customers and the Buyers Agents
  • Conduct a 12-month Review of all purchases
