Your new company
This is an excellent job opportunity for an experienced property manager to work on a short-term contract (with the possibility of permanent) for an exciting boutique real estate agency in the ACT who offer a personalised and specialised property management service. Based in the Southside area you'll benefit from a unique organisational culture where the focus really is on keeping their employees happy and providing exceptional property experiences.
Your new role
The lucky and successful candidate will step in to assist the Principal on growing the business and general property management duties such as routine inspections, vetting tenancy applications, arrange and follow up on maintenance with contractors, minimal rental exhibitions and over all building strong relationships with the landlords and tenants.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must hold a valid ACT certificate of registration, a current drivers licence and your own vehicle. Proven experience in a residential property management background is a must along with a can-do attitude, a self-motivator and professional image.
What you'll get in return
There is an attractive hourly rate that will be offered and your Principal is open to 3-5 days per week, and flexible working hours to work around your school drop off and pick up’s or anything similar. No weekend work is required and you will have the opportunity to work with a great team in a great location.
