About the business and the role

We are a Boutique Real Estate office that pride ourselves on setting a higher standard then the normal run of the mill offices. We offer all Real Estate services and are quickly establishing our office as a major player in Wagga and surrounding areas.

This position would suite someone with the following attributes:

  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • A "can do" attitude and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as be a good team player

 

Job tasks and responsibilities

Property Management Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assist/Run the management of a portfolio of 100 properties 
  • Assist in the growth and development of the rental portfolio
  • Conduct entry and exit reports, including final inspections, property condition reports, tenancy inspections,property viewings
  • Lease sign up and renewals
  • Processing maintenance requests and organising repairs
  • Phone calls,emails and other correspondence
  • Polite and professional dealings with tenants, owners and contractors
  • Preparation of legal documents
  • Advertising of properties
  • Receipting of monies required

Skills and experience

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • HOLD A CURRENT ACTIVE NSW CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Property management or strata management experience
  • Intermediate skill with Microsoft word, excel and basic computer operation, plus the ability to learn new programs efficiently  and effectively
  • A current Drivers licence
