We are looking for a Helpline Consultant to periodically work in the Helpline Team, providing practical and commercial advice to member agents on a wide range of real estate practice matters.
There may be the future possibility for this role to become permanent part-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly, appropriately and correctly to Helpline telephone and email enquiries
- Maintain and expand professional knowledge of the real estate industry
- Assist with reviewing media releases, articles and marketing collateral
- Assist with the preparation of policy matters and submissions, the revision of agency forms and agreements and the provision of practical and commercial advice on real estate matters, issues and queries
- Attend volunteer Chapter Committee meetings and update Chapter Committee members where relevant
- Cross-sell REINSW products, services, benefits, events, training and membership
- Maintain the CRM database of enquiries and follow up as appropriate
What you need to be successful
You must be a licensed real estate agent with sound knowledge of different areas of real estate practice including tenancy issues, sales matters, strata issues, agency agreements, legislative changes and NCAT.
You must possess a good understanding of the legal requirements of the Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 2002 (NSW), Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW), Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 (NSW), each of their Regulations and other applicable legislation.
You must also have competent computer and technical skills including Microsoft Office products, CRM data entry and word processing skills.
