We are a close-knit company that's seeking another member to join our team. We are thriving in the challenging property market and want someone to come and join in our success. Seeking an experienced Sales person to thrive in a fast-paced customer service role. As a Professional Property Investment Consultant (Property Coach) you will educate and service clients throughout their property investment journey and have the opportunity to be part of a high performing dynamic team, with an earning potential in excess of $150K.
The Role & Key Responsibilities
You will advise clients on strategies to best achieve their financial goals through property investment, helping them develop a property wealth plan via consultation. You will also have the opportunity to work with partners in the industry to create new business development opportunities and grow your role. You will work closely with other service providers in the industry including mortgage brokers and solicitors. This will be done in conjunction with the Acquisitions & Settlements Team helping coordinate the activities required to manage the sale on behalf of the client to support developing strong, lasting relationships with your clients.
Skills & Experience
You'll bring at least three years of consultative sales and customer service experience in a professional client services environment, supported by strong verbal and written communication skills. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you're also a strong influencer who empowers and inspires their clients to make multiple property purchases achieving their wealth creation goals. A background in real estate/buyer’s advocacy/project sales is desirable but not essential, other backgrounds of interest could include financial planning, business banking, medical sales, business services etc.
