Project and Development Manager
Brief
We are seeking a Project / Development Manager to actively work with the principals to oversee and report on all aspects of large scale commercial and residential developments in the Toowoomba region. This will involve co-ordination of sales, development feasibilities, contractors, consultants, council and the actual development. There is currently 4 development sites. The development of these sites is likely to occur over a number of years so this can be a long term or a short term role.

Our client is a boutique developer with a number of projects in the Toowoomba region. We seek an experienced Project and Property Development Manager on a contract basis to slot into their existing operation.
Description
Your role will see you take a leadership role of the project delivery from its current form be responsible for the following in conjunction with the principals and their financiers:
Driving & leading the project delivery team – task management skills essential
Co-ordinating all sub contractors
Construction management and contract control
Program management
Project planning, scheduling, budgeting and cost control
Providing current and technical knowledge to stakeholders
Liaising with relevant parties to provide detailed updates
Reporting and liaising with the principals and financier
Profile
To be successful for this role you will need to have clear and proven project management and property development skills. Proven experience, ability to work autonomously, proven program and project delivery.
