Commercial Property Manager role for a leading property organisation based on the Northern Beaches
Your new company
Our client is one of the leading commercial agencies on the Northern Beaches. They are currently in the midst of an exciting growth phase and pride themselves on having a collaborative and dynamic team culture.
Your new role
Key responsibilities of the role include the management of the existing commercial portfolio, you will be negotiating lease renewals, managing arrears, and dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors on a daily basis. You will handle any maintenance issues and do the financial reporting / budgeting. In time, you will have the opportunity to run your own team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you will ideally have previous experience in commercial property management, you will be a team player with excellent communication skills and have plenty of initiative. This role is likely to suit someone who lives on the Northern Beaches and is looking for something a little closer to home.

You will be managing a diverse, commercial portfolio and you’ll be based at their offices in the heart of the Northern Beaches. Salary is flexible for the right candidate.
