This close-knit team is currently expanding and now requires an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant looking to get their foot in the door of real estate.

The Position
Working alongside a Senior Property Manager with a wealth of industry experience, your responsibilities in the role of Leasing Consultant will include:
- Conduct open homes
- Build strong relationships with tenants
- Select and reference check tenants
- Prepare lease agreements and bond documents
- Ad hoc administration duties
The Person
- Previous real estate experience not essential
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration
- First class communication skills
- Immaculate personal presentation
- People person with a 'can do' attitude
- Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Passionate about a career in real estate!
