We are looking for a highly motivated dynamic individual to join our South Yarra office team. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious and successful individual.
Job details:
- Following up prospecting customers from company's marketing events
- Sourcing prospects and opportunities
- Qualifying your customer's ability to invest
- Networking and building relationships with key referral partners
- Delivering in-depth and highly researched information that meet specific investment goals for your customers
- Provide and implement sound property investment strategies that assist your customers with their long-term wealth creation strategy
- Servicing your customer throughout the whole investment lifecycle, from purchase to settlement and beyond
- Keeping yourself updated with the latest property market trends
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Mandarin speaking
- Be Self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong leadership skills
- Have excellent networking and presentation skills
- Relevant experience is an advantage but not essential
