One of Port Macquarie's leading Property Management companies Rental Properties Port Macquarie is looking for an experienced Property Manager to work within a dynamic and positive team. The successful applicant will have administrative support in this role to manage their portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Overall management of the property portfolio
· Liaison with tenants, owners & contractors
· Completing routine inspections & viewings
· Completing Property Condition Reports
· Development and growth of existing portfolio
· Arranging maintenance and repairs as required
· Practical interpretation of the Residential Tenancy Act
The successful candidate must have:
- Current Real Estate License for Certificate
- MUST have minimum 2-4 year's Property Manager experience
- MUST have drivers licence
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Have competent computer skills
- Ability to manage time effectively & be organised
- Strong attention to detail
- Admin or customer service experience
- Positive Attitude & good sense of humour
Further Details:
Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Position Available 1 August, 2018
Ongoing support and training will be provided.
