Your responsibilities will include;
- Developing relationships with new & existing clients
- Co-ordinating repairs and maintenance
- Addressing matters that arise with landlords
- Arrears management, annual rental reviews & rental increases
- Ingoing/outgoing inspections
- Supporting Lead BDM
You will posses the following skills/ experience;
- Be highly motivated

- NSW drivers Licence & car
- Can-do attitude
- Certificate of Registration or Licence
