Your new company
Our client has requested Hays to offer an exciting Facilities Management opportunity to a professional FM with a view to the future. This Facilities Manager position will be a highly visible role within their organisation as it is on one of their largest and most important centres.
Your new role
As Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the FM Operations of a regional shopping centre in the Greater Sydney region. You will be based onsite and take responsibility for the delivery of maintenance, safety, and compliance of the facilities from the tenant perspective. You will be liaising closely with tenants and client property team representatives, ensuring work orders are managed and delivered, co-ordinating contractors for reactive and PPM schedules.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this Facilities Manager position you will have demonstrated experience in an FM environment; either directly for an owner or for a service provider managing a client’s shopping centre. You will have a positive open attitude, looking for an opportunity to advance yourself. You will be excellent at coordinating work orders and client expectations as this is a high volume role covering multiple trades.
