About the Company:
Our Client is a well known top writing sales agent in the Hills District who just keeps on growing, with another year set to be as strong as the last. They are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who has a passion for Real Estate to join their team.
 
About the Role:
As a Junior Sales Associate you will support and grow within the associate role and in-turn you will be taught the art and skills of Real Estate sales. You will be required to work weekends with days off through the week.

• Prospecting and letterbox drops
• Call-backs from open homes
• Just listed and Just sold calls
• Managing buyers in the database, adding requirements, setting tasks and allocating buyers to patch zones.
• Replying to email enquiries
• Enter Names & Numbers into the database and sending contracts
• Facilitate pre-settlement inspections
• Conduct open homes alongside lead agent 
• Prepare weekly vendor reports for the vendor

About You:
No experience necessary, however, a thirst for knowledge, an open to mind to learn, and a real passion for real estate.
