The RoleThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience working as an end to end Property Manager. You will be managing approximately 150 properties in a tidy portfolio. You will also be offered internal career advancement and on-going training to assure your skills are always first class.Skills & ExperiencePossess a minimum of two years' experience as a Property ManagerExcellent customer service skillsComprehensive understanding of legislationProven success maintaining and managing relationshipsCurrent Real Estate Certificate and RegistrationThe BenefitsThe successful applicant for this opportunity will enjoy fantastic benefits such as working as part of a successful team whilst managing a small portfolio of 150 properties with a base salary of 50-55k plus superannuation depending on experience.
