A fantastic opportunity has become available to join to our Central Coast Team. The position is permanent full-time and although based out of our Tuggerah branch, you may also provide cover at our Terrigal branch when required.
You will manage & be responsible for the repairs and maintenance department, providing support to the Strata Managers, this includes monitoring existing work orders, issuing new work orders and following up contractors.
To be successful in this position you will have the following skills and experience:

Current Certificate of Registration (strata management) or willingness to obtain.

A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service;

Reliable car & current NSW drivers licence;

Willingness to develop a long term career in a growing industry.

Outstanding customer service skills;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills & demonstrated ability to use these skills for negotiation;

Willingness to work within a team & share your skills/knowledge;

Well developed time management skills & accuracy/attention to detail.

Sound software and computer skills.
