We're a high energy, thriving agency on the Northside looking for fresh blood!
We need a full time PROPERTY MANAGER with a bit of pizzazmatazz to hit the ground running on a great portfolio.
The gig
- Manage your own established portfolio. Take service, efficiency and your industry knowledge to the next level
- Consistently unearth opportunities to improve our property management offering
- Build and foster positive relationships with landlords and tenants with a strong client retention focus
- Contribute to a positive company reputation
About you
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in property management (we use Agent Plus). You can do the run-of-the-mill property management stuff
- Have your own wheels and can legally be on the road
- Exceptional time management skills
- A driven and motivated individual who regularly exercises initiative and who's always down to collaborate on new strategies and approaches

- Full time role. Usual client facing hours Monday to Friday
