What this opportunity involves:
JLL currently has an opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly organized Analyst professional to join our Capital Markets team in Brisbane! You’ll be providing analytical support to the agency team to increase their effectiveness and financial performance in the Brisbane market.
Snapshot of the role;
- Liaison with other agencies for property information
- Background ownership searches and assisting in idenifitying sale opportunities
- Search background information such as plans, location maps, images, floor plans etc.
- Assist in the preparation of correspondence, reports, new proposals, agency agreements, filing, brochures and listings
- Preparation of spreadsheets of tenancy schedules as well as database maintenance

We’re seeking someone who is able to prioritise, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Your demonstrated ability to deal with multiple tasks, and work towards and achieve tight deadlines, teamed with excellent both verbal and written communication skills will be paramount to your success in this role!
A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, and prior experience within the property industry is desirable, but no necessary!
