Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Manage all incoming calls & Emails
- Ensure all correspondence, quotations and records are filled
- Arranging repairs and maintenance
- Tendering service contracts
- Obtain insurance quotations and lodgement of claims
- Booking meetings
- Perform accounts receivable functions
- Follow up OH&S reports
- Follow up on outstanding levies
- Database management
- Experience in Real Estate/Administration preferred
- Excellent grammar
- Advanced Microsoft office skills
- Current and clear drivers licence
- Fantastic Administration
- Generous remuneration

- Entry level role into becoming an Owners Corporation Manager
