What this opportunity involves:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen as a Finance Manager within our Property and Asset Management team! You’ll be responsible for the preparation and analysis of key financial reports for stakeholders, assisting the General Manager with pre-forecast meetings & feasibility and leasing deal analysis modelling.
As a key player in the delivery of management and financial reports, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the preparation of the quarterly Asset Plan, month end reporting, annual budget and forecasts for both the property owner and the JLL business, delivery of financial support, developing effective accounting controls and procedures and the effective management of tax and audit compliance.
This role is being offered as a fixed term contract of 9 months, 4 days per week.

You'll have superior communication skills, with the ability to build & foster successful relationships with your clients & stakeholders. You’ll be CA/CPA qualified, with strong technical accounting skills, staff supervision experience and solid proficiency in Excel. An understanding of MRI/Argus systems is highly regarded!
