About the Role:
This role is supporting a Senior Property Manager running a portflio of 150 properties. Responsibilites include managing the repairs and maintenance, Ingoing and outgoing inspections, some leasing and general admin. Training and support will be given to get up to speed. This role will develop into a property management position in the fullness of time. This role is Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays (approx 1 in 4 required). 


About You:
Ideally you will already have some real estate experience and have an understanding of the property management basics. Alternatively, you might be looking for entry-level roles and have recently completed your Certificate of Registration. You are definitely looking for a career in real estate and have the passion to work from the bottom up! 

NSW Certificate of Registration and Drivers License is essential!
