About the Role

This role as a Sales Associate entails being the go-to support for a successful and established Lower North Shore agent. This role will require strong administration and sales skills and an ability to learn on the job as you shadow and assist the sales agent in meetings, prospecting, appraisals etc. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Servicing incoming enquiries as well as prospecting for additional buyer interest
• Meeting and exceeding KPIs to aid the Sales Team's success
• Managing data entry and information flow using company software
• Oversee day to day running of project appointments
• Complete necessary documentation associated with selling property
• Source buyers through networking and strategic relationship building

You will be someone with a strong background in sales and/or administration, ideally also with experience in marketing.
