ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Property Acquisition Officer to work on and be a part of the success in the roll-out of Australia’s 4th mobile network, and property related initiatives across the Group.
What you'll do:
- Source new locations that are suitable for mobile antenna installations;
- Prepare HOA and Licence agreements;
- Prepare target and progress reports and updates;
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and all project personnel;
- Provide interface with all other stakeholders including legal teams;
- Maintain databases.
ABOUT YOU
You are a proven high performer who has the ability to work with multiple teams to deliver outcomes in a fast paced, always changing environment. You love variety in your work, competing timelines and most of all delivering innovative, practical and cost effective results.
What you'll need:
- Knowledge of Commercial Leasing and Facilities;
- Experience in Commercial Property transactions;
- Previous experience working within the telecommunication industry would be preferred but not essential;
- An understanding of commercial leases;
- An awareness of legislation and WHS regulations;
- The ability to influence and engage stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes;
- Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills that impress your peers;
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes;
- Enthusiasm, drive and an ability to manage your workload autonomously;
- Strong Microsoft Office skills;
- Positive can do attitude; and
- Be a team player.
