Our client is a well known private investment company with assets across commercial, industrial and retail property that they own, manage and develop. They currently require an experienced Head of Retail to oversee all aspects of their Retail Shopping Centre Portfolio.

Based in Sydney, this organisation is a dynamic privately owned integrated property group primarily engaged in the development & management of Retail Shopping Centres & Commercial Property.
  
As the Head of Retail & Commercial Management, you will be responsible for the management and overall performance of the Retail Asset division. As well as this management of the Group’s static property portfolio, you will have overall management of the Centre Management, Facilities, Marketing and Leasing Divisions.   This position offers an outstanding opportunity for growth for the right person.
  
Specifically, you will have a minimum of 8+ years experience in Retail Asset Management with experience across development, operations, leasing & project management. A natural leader with a high level of attention to detail, you will possess strong written and verbal skills as well as advanced numerical skills and the ability to influence, drive and inspire.
  
The role will suit a Senior Centre/Portfolio Manager or existing General Manager, in Retail, with experience in Retail Leasing negotiations, looking for the next career enhancing opportunity.
