LJ Hooker Tuggeranong is seeking an experienced, highly organised, proactive people person with exceptional communication skills and attention detail to join our Property Management team.
Working with a small and dynamic team, while still having the support of the largest Real Estate network behind you, you will be given the opportunity to excel in your chosen profession.
About the Role
Your duties will include but are not limited to
- Managing a small portfolio of 90 properties with growth to be expected
- Liaison with Landlords, Tenants and Clients
- Repairs and maintenance
- Ingoing, Outgoing and Routine Inspections
- Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews
- Access to a Company Car
Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in Property Management required
- Experience using Rest, Filesmart and Inspection Manager is preferred but not required.
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Driver's License
