Our Client
Our client is one of the most successful Buyers Agencies in Sydney with a solid market share across the eastern suburbs. Consistent growth means that they have capacity for an additional Buyers agent to join their successful team.

To be considered for the role of Buyers Agent you will require:

• A passion for real estate and the drive to achieve great client outcomes
• Ability to work autonomously with and high degree of tenacity and drive
• Prior experience in residential real estate
• Immaculate and professional presentation
• Strong business development/client development skills
• Great organisational skills and ability to prioritise 
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration, or ideally a real estate licence

The role and responsibilities of the Buyers Agent will include:

• carrying out research to source properties both on and off-market
• working with specialists to identify positives and negatives of shortlisted properties
• completing quality due diligence for each purchase
• negotiating offers, liaising with solicitors and ensuring compliance
• providing advice on maximising purchases through renovation or development.
