Our client is the no.1 agency of choice on the Eastern Beaches for property management. They have continued to pride themselves on doing excellent business over the years and are currently seeking a talented property manager who shares the same passion for excellence.
As a Property Manager you will oversee a clean portfolio of 180 managements, with no accounts, end of month or leasing. All of your team members have great experience in Real Estate Property Management. Your role will be autonomous giving you responsibility to liaise with landlords. As well as delegating ingoing/outgoing repairs and maintenance, you will be responsible for rental increases, rent reviews and tribunal attendances.
Ideally you will have 3-5 + years' Property Management experience. You must be personable, well organised, have attention to detail and display high levels of initiative. This is an agency which prides themselves on strong culture, work ethic while having fun along the way.

Your responsibilities will include;
- Developing New Relationships
- Co-ordinating Leasing Department to do Repairs and Maintenance
- Addressing Matters that Arise with Landlords
- Arrears Management and Annual Rental Reviews
- Period Inspections and Providing Suggestion for Property Management
- Managing a Property Manager Assistant and Leasing Executive's
You will posses the following skills/ experience;
- 3-5+ years' experience

- NSW drivers Licence & Car

- REST Knowledge
- Certificate of Registration or Licence
