The candidate
- 1-2 years of Real Estate sales experience
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Responsible, organized, passionate communicator with accurate market insight
- No base salary for a challenge if you're confident on your sales skills!
- Take the advantage of company platform to learn and grow!
The Role
- Build up relationship with client, generate or take afvantage of company existing leads and pipelines
- Liaise and communicate with client to identify their purchase or investment needs
- Introduce suitable projects and execute inspections
- Achieve feedback from clients and continuously self-improve sales sklls
- Report back to line manager with updates, concerns and suggestions in an organized and effective manner
