We specialise in property and real estate recruitment across commercial, residential and owners corporation. We currently have a portfolio of Commercial clients who are expanding and have exciting opportunities available to join their established teams.
We are looking to speak with either commercial or residential property managers who are ready to make their next career move. These roles will provide you the opportunity to work on executive portfolios of high end properties within the office, retail and high rise space. Our clients are also looking at senior property professionals who have the skills to move into regional management positions.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Previous experience within commercial or residential property management (minimum 2 years)
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and daily follow up to your clients
- Well established and professional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Impeccable presentation and client facing skills - ability and confidence to conduct presentations and board meetings
- Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act is highly advantageous
- Agents Representative Certificate and Full Clean Victorian Drivers License
