Sales Consultant

About the role
This role is for a Sales Consultant within the Ray White Geelong business.

Duties/responsibilities:

• Building and managing a client database, collecting data and building a pipeline
• Prospecting and phone canvassing
• Provide market appraisals, open for inspections and assisting with auctions
• Following up on leads and achieving high sales targets
• Working with buyers to match properties
• Negotiate deals and see through to legal completion

The successful candidate will be:

You will be dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis and as such, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.

Candidates must have:

• A minimum of 1 year sales experience within the real estate industry or 1-2 years experience in a customer service role
• Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise
• Have excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Experience working with a range of IT & software platforms
• Australians driver’s licence and own car
