Property Manager

Your main tasks will include liaising with owners, tenants, rent arrears, inspections, ingoings, outgoings, repairs, lease signings and all other areas of property management.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, be well presented, have previous experience in real estate, a current certificate of registration and a drivers licence. Personal growth, results and daily discipline must be important personal values.
You may be required to work Saturday's with time in lieu given through the week.
