We are seeking an experienced Building Managers to join our expanding team managing 2 residential developments.
You will be responsible for the proactive maintenance and management of every aspect of day to day building operations, creating scope of works and preparing tender documents. Be a customer service champion to all Owners and Stakeholders.
The successful candidate must be proactive and an excellent communicator, previous building management experience is preferably in a strata building. You must take pride in your appearance and be well presented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
