A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced and results focused Housing Manager to join the Minda organisation on a 12 month full time fixed term basis, with the opportunity to extend for the right candidate in this transformative and exciting role.
The Housing Manager role will be responsible for preparing Minda Community Housing as a provider of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) in the NDIS environment and provide ongoing management of the vast Minda accommodation portfolio.
To be successful in this role you will bring extensive experience in all aspects of property and tenancy management ideally in the social and community housing sector. Collaborative leadership and project management skills will be invaluable in this diverse and challenging role, as will an understanding of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) requirements in the NDIS environment.
